UV Flame retardant coating halogen-free system intumescent flame retardant. The flame retardant has a neutral pH, is non-toxic and harmless, does not release harmful substances, and is non-corrosive to glass, metal or the human body. This flame retardant does not contain internationally banned and EU substances of very high concern (SVHC) and other compounds that are harmful to human health;
UV Flame retardant coating takes into account both hardness and wear resistance. It can not only meet the national standard test standards for wooden flooring, but also the flame retardant level can reach B1 level. When wood products encounter fire, the flame retardant in the flame retardant coating foams to form a porous carbon layer, which hinders the diffusion of oxygen and heat, controls the spread of fire, reduces the heat release of the material, and plays an obvious role in flame retardancy and smoke suppression;
B 1 C grade, coating amount: 55-65g/m²; B 1 B grade, coating amount: 80-90g/m².
