The awarding ceremony of "Jiangsu Graduate Workstation" by Nanjing Forestry University and Jiangsu Himonia was successfully held

On the afternoon of November 21st, Xu Wei, Dean of the School of Home Furnishings at Nanjing Forestry University, and Professor Wu Zhihui led a team of teachers to visit Himonia. Ji Maojun, General Manager of the Company's Floor Paint Business Unit, and the research team warmly welcomed them. 

Mr. Ji of the company warmly welcomed the visit and guidance of the Nanlin team, briefly introduced the business situation and market situation of Himonia this year, and stated that Himonia will continue to deepen its cultivation in the wood flooring industry, making it more refined and specialized. On this basis, we will further expand other application areas, lock in two to three application areas, and strive to achieve the top three in each industry.

      Dean Xu Wei briefly reviewed his last visit and stated that under favorable geographical conditions, cooperation between the two sides should be more active and in-depth. The establishment of the "Jiangsu Graduate Workstation" at Himonia is the result of joint efforts by both parties, and he hopes to have more cooperation results in the future based on this foundation.

      Professor Wu Zhihui introduced the team teachers and the ongoing research and development projects, and put forward four forward-looking suggestions for the follow-up cooperation between the School of Home Furnishings at Nanjing Forestry University and Himonia:

     1. Integrated summary of research and development achievements, application for product identification and awards;

     2. Cultivate graduate students while reserving technical personnel for enterprises;

     3. The research report (white paper) on the application of coatings in wood can gather the annual new products and technologies of enterprises;

     4. Strengthen communication between both parties, students can conduct experiments in the laboratory, and enterprises can combine practical experience to enter the school classroom for communication.

        Professor Wu Yan introduced the research progress of the collaborative projects "Red Oak Fading Technology" and "Wood Color Modification Technology". The two sides had a heated discussion on the research results of the projects and communicated and deployed the research and development direction and work focus of the later projects.

On this basis, based on the research topics of other teachers in the team, combined with the needs of Himonia and the market, explore the feasibility and work direction of the project implementation.

       After the project discussion, both parties held a licensing ceremony for the "Jiangsu Graduate Workstation" and stated that they will take this as an opportunity to work together to create a higher and broader development platform.
