Customer's problem: Coating of special types of flooring

Recently, a flooring manufacturer came to our company with their sample boards, looking for a solution on coating.This sample board used water-based spraying process, because of its computer-engraved board surface unevenness, undulation, making it difficult to achieve the ideal coating effect of conventional UV coating.The customer was looking for a coating effect with good fullness and feel, but due to the lack of spraying equipment, they needed another coating method to achieve this effect.

To face this challenge, we recommended Himonia's "Hardwood Oil" product.This oil-based, self-drying product is not only easy to use, but also provides a high leveling, lubrication and fullness of the finish.We used a bottom side of the coating process, whether it is rubber roller coating or sponge roller coating, can easily cope with.

Practical Example: Realization of Sample Effect

The samples shown in front of you are made with Himonia  Hardwood Oil.The two samples are not only comparable to water-based spray products in terms of feel and fullness, but also satisfy the customer's gloss requirements by controlling the gloss level of the matte type at 5-6 degrees and the gloss level of the high-gloss type at 60-70 degrees.Of course, gloss requirements can be adjusted according to actual needs.
