254nm Skin Feeling Top Coat is a nitrogen free excimer UV skin feeling top coat with a curing wavelength of 254nm. By irradiating the surface layer of the wet film of the paint, it promotes the rapid movement of the molecules, generating an uneven surface coating, thus forming a diffuse reflective surface and achieving a matte skin feeling effect. The strength of the skin effect can be fine-tuned to a certain extent.
