How to be smart about color differences in European oak veneer?

Recently, our customers in the production of an export order, encountered such a problem: European oak sawn veneer color difference, veneer miscellaneous. Plain boards to the paint coating line, the use of conventional water-based adhesive coating, the board surface color deepens, the finished product visually color difference is more and more obvious, after paving the whole messy, directly affecting the aesthetics, unable to meet the delivery requirements of the order. In the floor coloring, we break through the tradition, choose water-based color preservation products instead of conventional water-based adhesives, through its unique properties to weaken the color difference between shades, balance the overall color of the surface skin, so that the finished product looks more coordinated after painting.
